What makes a payoff-driven bridge request reviewable?
A bridge request is usually about timing, but timing alone is not enough. The file needs to show what debt is being taken out, what secures the new loan, and how the bridge is repaid.

CollateralAsset type, market, value support, occupancy or completion status, and title position.

What usually slows down bridge review?
Missing payoff detail, unclear title, unsupported value, an exit path that is only verbal, or timing that requires final terms before the file is ready for underwriting.
